This is crazy!

I tkink thats a great ideal especially for single parents and famlies that cant afford to fix up their homes and even the abandon homes I see alot of homes that just sit their and rot away so i think thats a great ideal

It seems that they always find a way to waste the money, while under the guise of doing something good.
I have noticed ramps installed into curbs on the NE side (20/Jordan area -OKC)that lead to nowhere. No sidewalks and no buildings there...but they sure are nice ramps!
How much did that cost & where else could they have been installed where they could do someone some good?
