I think Obama knows exactly what he is talking about and knows that the issue is a hornet's nest that must be approached with extreme caution.

Only thing he says is, I want to do wha tthe people want. Caution ?, he needs to lead fellow or get out ofthe way. A leader knows ho to handle a hornet's nest.
