The State of Oklahoma is currently holding almost 25,000 prison inmates. Most of them are just trying to pay their debt to society.

This is such B.S.!!!!!! We already pay for the low lifes to be there and thats with them committing the crimes!!! Good grief!! What a bunch of garbage!!! They dont get enough to eat or its not good enough for them etc. Tell em tough crap, you put yourself there, freaken deal with it!!!

I wish someone would give me a free pair of converse shoes. Or for my kids. I don't understand what the gripe is over the food. They probably eat better than most of us do.

This is crazy. Just pass a law that if they bring litigation they pay for their own lawyer. The inmates are running the assylum I guess. This is not criminal suits they are civil. I guess the criminals in jail may as well get a free ride like the illegals are. Next they will want an indoor firing range.

On this topic, I totally agree with you. I don't feel the inmates should have ANY privilages. They are in JAIL. They are supposed to be there for punishment for crimes they committed. I am all for educating them, but I don't think they should be able to work out in the gym or watch cable tv initiate lawsuits that don't concern their case. |

I am not saying I disagree with you but, where do we draw the line on who gets to keep their rights and who does not? |
I believe a criminal in prison should not have any rights. That is a pretty clear cut line, wouldn't you agree? |

Okay, what about those that are on porbation, parole, released early because of prison overcrowding. Do they get their rights back? What about the poeple who "should" be in prison, bur for one reason or another, they are not? Does this effect them too? |
