It takes an idiot to thump a cigarette out the window or burn trash in this heat.
It takes heat, oxygen, and a fuel to start a fire. As the outside temps go up, fire is easier to start. It's common sense.

Okla. forester: Drought increases wildfire danger
Oklahoma's state forester says the deepening drought and persistent 100-degree temperatures are increasing the danger of wildfires across the state.
