More charges for man accused of Congress threats

A federal grand jury has added more counts to an indictment that accuses a Vancouver, Wash., man of sending threatening letters laced with white powder to Congress members.
Was That Thrax the milk man?
As defense attorney I will simply point out that the white powder the accused sent was not very "bright."
