Dann should step down on his own, to maintain the integrity of the office.

But then again, when was a demoncritter ever concerned about integrity.

If they cannot impeach him - there should be a recall. This man has no business being in charge of the Attorney General's office. I disagree with you Mr. Willard, there is sufficient evidence to impeach - Mismanagement, allowing his top aides to drive State-owned cars drunk time after time, having sex with subordinates, cronyism, harrassment, and the list goes on. We need professionalism at the State level. There is so much corruption - a person does not have a chance for fairness.

Mr Dann is supposed to be above reproach, which he has clearly shown he isn't.
He should step down and walk away quietly.

Really? NO....I think Dann has a roll of compromising photos....and not just of himslf either. They are afraid of what HE will say about them...I would inmagine. Why does this guy stil have a job anyway? The tenor of this debate has changed over the past week, why? Are we a little worried about how we all are going to look come next election? This guy should have been run out of Columbus on a damn rail by Methodist Preacher Ted, and that is that. For such a "religious man to accept such behavior makes us Methodists not look so good Farmhouse Ted!

They should not have elected Dann in the first place. There are no provision for Recall in the State Constitution, only impeachment. He should be imprached.

I'm sure the employees at the AG's office look forward to coming to work each day. He's gotta go.

Ohio voters got what they deserved by passing up the highly experienced and capable AGs Ohio has seen in decades in Betty Montgomery. They punished her for Taft's bumbling and the War in Iraq. They simply saw the "R" after her name and dismissed her outright. It's scary how little attention many voters pay to the qualifications of candidates and the thought process (or lack thereof) behind their vote.
I hope Ohio voters learned their lesson this time.

But Betty should not have been recycled. They needed to run a qualified candidate with a fresh perspective.

Unfortunately, there is no provision under Ohio law for the recall of statewide elected officials: though it may be about time for an amendment to the Ohio Constitution.

Just like the Republicans. Neither are honest. Nice try.
