Civil Rights Pioneer Elected to PFLAG Board of Directors

Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays (PFLAG) announced today that Reverend Gilbert H. Caldwell of Asbury Park, N.J., has been elected to its national Board of Directors. Rev. Caldwell is a founding member of United Methodists of Color for a Fully Inclusive Church, Black Methodists for Church Renewal, and the Church Within a Church Movement.

Do they have any Hispanics on their board? They should, not for tokenism, but there is a real need to reach out to Hispanic parents of gay children.

Does anyone know?
