MRS. DIAS, Denil isnt a river in egypt. If you did it then from your heart and soul then admit it. dont let your pride stand in front of you. your character has been proven, some ones heart and soul was taken. the prove is there, DNA samples and wittnesses all have been proven. dont lie to your self. I know that the Govenor of Pojuaque Pueblo George Rivera probably isnt to pleased to know that his staff is ah how could i say this: drunk all the tim only knowing that its really easy to have a good time at my casino and running over people i okay. I dont think so unless the George Rivera i know changed.Mrs, Dias knock knock pudding head carma is the power of the universe. you dont really want to leave with that guilt do you?

This is horrible Ms. Diaz just admit you did wrong here you took a life away from his family, you were under the influence when you hit him and then left him there to die what if he just needed a little help and you had stopped to help him he might have survived. My question here is why aren't you in JAIL just like everyone else who kills someone when they drink and drive? You are guilty and you know it you do not leave the scene and then call the police 30 hours later what kind of example are you setting here. I hope the people investigating this do there job and get proof to see how much she drank at CLUB TROPICANA they have cameras in the facility. Just because you are Native you should not be allowed to enjoy life at home how can you even sleep at night.

Once Mr. Fierro's Attorneys get a hold of this story it is only letting us people who might serve on the Jury that just because your native you should be treated just like anyone else. The story between the too are about the same, Mr. Tenorio drank killed a Native left the scene to render aid to Mr. Tenorio. Mr. Fierro was caught, went to jail bonded out and now he is awaiting his trial. Ms. Diaz on the other hand is Native she was drinking and noone knows if she was drunk why? Because she left the scene so she would not get caught instead she called the police 30 hours later with her Attorney present to say she did something wrong this states she was drunk and did not want to get caught so she waited. Ms. Diaz killed a 31 year old Hispanic and just because he was not NATIVE she has not been arrested this is sick. They both have commited the same crime and she doesn't have to pay, I think Mr. Fierro is going to walk and all we can do is THANK MS. DIAZ.

I totally agree with you. It is plan out disgusting, majority of deaths in N.M are caused by drinking and driving and most of the time the drunk behind the wheel survives. There needs to be some justice in this case so that the family can have some comfort, right now they have no hope just because Ms. Diaz is a Lt. Governor for her pueblo she is going to walk just like all the others. I always remember JUDGEMENT DAY where her time comes God will Judge her just like we will be Judged there is no turning back when we are gone.

She'll get off. They're a sovereign entity, remember? They don't have to follow laws, live within their allocated water rights or generally behave as decent human beings. Always some excuse or another, and always some way to work "the system." Congratulations, Lt. Gov. Dias, you killed someone! Hope that sits well in your sovereign cosmology and conscience.

Wouldn't it be great if Native American Sovereignity would be abolished? Enough of this nonsense. Move on already! If they want to keep their sovereign nations then make them stay on the res, require a passport for them to come over to the other side just to crowd Wal-Mart up. That would put an end to this b.s.!

You're ridiculous. You should go back to your home country...I'm sure there's a Walmart there too for you to buy more of your cheap comments. There has been a loss of life and sadly, when it comes to stories like these it flushes out selfish people like you who'd rather put down an entire race of people just to feel better about yourself.

Yeah EXACTALLY and when ever some non native wanted to cross OUR lands, they would have to pay a toll. How would you like that? You couldnt go anywhere in NM without paying a toll and making indians richer. NICE TRY IDIOT!

Shame on you Diaz! Your an embarrassment to the Native community and should be dis-enrolled from your tribe and your position. My heart goes out to the family who lost thier loved one so needlessly.

505guy wrote: At least she had the balls to admit guilt. Carlos Fierro has no balls. No, she didn't. If she had the balls, she wouldn't have waited 30 hours. She would have called imediately, and would have let them take her blood alcohol. She only admitted it because the Sherrif's department was investigating at the time, and they found her mirror from her car at the scene. It was a matter of time before they found her, so she called tribal police to hide behind her employees so that they wouldn't turn it over to anyone else. It's one thing to admit guilt, but it's cowardly to ONLY admit guilt when you know you are going to get caught.

Then the indian tribes charge the government outrageous fees to put in roads through their land, that you get to use to leave your land. Then you want us to pay tolls to use roads that we already paid for in the first place. Why does your tribes need to be so greedy? Are they subsidizing your drinking problems with our tax money?

As a native I feel she should stand up for what she did because if she doesn't it will all come back to her but look at Fierro he is hiding behind everything. Admit it you creep....... for what you have done. Don't you even feel for Mr. Tenorio's family...... And for you JoJo Circus you go back to where you came from. Your probably not even a Native New Mexican, so your words mean nothing talk about your own people first. Go home.........Your people fill up Walmart.....
