The Black Dropout rate in Colleges and Universities is huge--Hardly any blacks that enter college or junior college ever wind up with a 4 year degree

3.53 is not that good of a GPA. You do realize that most schools use a 4.0 scale not a 3.53 scale, right? I'm so tired of having to heap praise upon a black for any accomplishment no matter how many other people excel beyond.

So you have met and know the claims, of all children, Black and White with GPA's of either 3.53 or less, to make the statement that all of the White children wouldn't be considered at academic excellence, where as all Black children with a 3.53 GPA or less would be considered at academic excellence?
