I Love Nebraska!!!!

I don't know if we have a Bob's Apco anymore. I do love having access to homemade food at some of the local diners. ect.

You can bet a lot of the old timers and even some of the youngsters can cook a mean meal and I love the homemade breads ect.

I think it is gone I did a google maps tour and saw it was gone.

That stinks I would have love to try it. I guess that's a sign of the times and maybe they are still around just under another name. Let me know if there are any other places I should try. I'm always up for an adventure.

I grew up in Omaha and at 24 moved to L.A. To this day, Nebraska is still in my blood and heart. Everything I do, everywhere I go, everyone I meet, I compare it to Nebraska. I've lived in the big city (L.A.), worked in the big city, and played in the big city, but nothing compares to Nebraska.

Why did I leave? Whereas, Nebraska may be a great place to raise a family, when I left it was not a good place to get ahead.

Finally, I ended up in a small town, not unlike one of the numerous, unnamed towns along Interstate 80. Why? Because after experiencing BIG, I've come to realize that smaller is better.

I may be out of Nebraska, but Nebraska isn't out of me.
