Some day the state and some folks will understand that you cannot regulate moral behavior. It is time perhaps to allow for the people who choose to drink and or use drugs or use the sevices of a prostitute, to do so without the fear of arrest. Makes a lor more sense to regulate, tax and control. Have we not learned that no matter what the cost of scarce resourses are simply wasted. Arresting a woman the chooses to self her favors is an absolute waste no matter how you cut it. After spending billions of dollars on the war on drugs, ask yourself what has been accomplished.

I see nothing wrong with selling liquor on Sunday. As backward as McDowell county is it will be a while. Look how long it took to get restaraunts to serve liquor!
