I agree with the assessment of Barry Beach's trial. Beach was a strong young athlete at the time the Nees girl was murdered. The evidence shows that she was repeatedly struck in the head with a blunt instrument. It apparently took many blows to the head before the young woman died. One blow in the head from a young man of Beach's stature and strength would have killed this young woman.

On the other hand, another teenage girl with less strength would have had to strike Nees repeatedly to kill her. This should have been an open and shut case of NOT GUILTY for Beach just based on this fact alone.

Exacly thank you for making your statement it really makes sentence 1 blow and she would be dead from a person this fit specially for a man. I just watched the show and I am so upset with our system!

Watched the show which was very distressing. A, I don't think Barry killed this girl and a young man's life was torn away for nothing. B. Even if he had, he was 17 and is a different person now who has proven he has a generous heart and kind maturity. Other murders are out in ten years. Why is Montana so vindictive. What every happened to rehabillitation. This is a sad case of a young man railroaded by ambitious politicans, used as a scapegoat by the real killers and warehouse by a cruel and indifferent system. How that panel could send him back is beyond me. I shall never think well of Montana again.

10/09 Just saw the Barry Beach on a rerun of Dateline. Montana needs to right a terrible wrong done to this man. Reading the requirements for parole set by Montana he has more than met those. So if Montana is covering for the wrong they did, Mr. Beach still meets the requirements for parole. Come on Montana time to right the wrong your crooked DA and local cops did. No physical evidence and you put a person in jail forever ?

Interesting that campaign contributions were made to Racicot and the local sherriff at the time Barry was being railroaded. Interesting that the parole board had 34 witnesses for Barry, one of whom a jail guard who was protected by Barry. Yet the board, used very feeble reasons to keep Barry in jail. Hmmmm who elects the parole board ? Perhaps someone who wanted facts to be kept in the dark. Come on there must be some honest Montanans to right this terrible wrong.

It's tragic that the news media is chasing the balloon boy story while this man sits in jail. I intend to write to the networks and tell them this could be a much bigger story than anything they are covering. What could be more meaningful than a man wrongly accused spending a lifetime in jail? It could happen to any one of us. If you want to help this guy and really believe in his innocence, then write to somebody.

www.montanansforjustice.com is the location where all documents; autopsy, FBI reports, etc., which factually prove Barry DID NOT commit this murder from the beginning.

Montana had help railroading Barry. While in Louisiana custody 3 1/2 years AFTER Ms. Nees murder Barry was coerced into signing 3 different confessions for 3 different murders.

FYI, You may also find Mike McGrath's the then Attorney General of Montana's own investigative reports stating how:

4 different people are known to have had the same necklace that belonged to Ms. Nees. Autopsy reported a piece of broken chain was found on her person.

MAUDE GREYHAWK KIRN Known to be involved in 3 murders to include her own husbands, Dana Kirn

JOANNE JACKSON TODD
ED VANDOVER
CALIB GOURNEAU, imprisoned for drugs and is now on the meth task force for the Fort Peck reservation? He found the same necklace as the others on 2 different occasions, which is in his statement to Mike McGrath's office.

Board of Pardons and parole testimony:
***SISSY ADKINSON PAGE 155 – 156
Maude called and told her that she had found Kim's diamond necklace down by the river.

***JOANNE JACKSON TODD'S STATEMENT TO MIKE McGRATH'S OFFICE:
PAGE 12 Joanne, Eddie VanDover and she didn't know who they were with saw a necklace "A gold necklace with a diamond" by the river. Ed VanDover took it from her. PAGE 14 “It was a gold with a little diamond in it. A little cross with a diamond in it."

***Document stating FBI’S COMMENT 1979, TWO CIVILIANS TURNED IN PIECES OF JEWELRY THAT HAD BEEN THOROUGHLY SEARCHED BY POLICE.

***CALEB GOURNEAU admits to having a broken necklace and stated to Mike McGrath's office he turned the necklace into Stevie Grey Hawk. Then Caleb Gourneau states he found the same necklace again in the fall while walking his dog!

MIKE McGRATH SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS AS I DIDN'T HEAR IT BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE BOPP DURING BARRY'S HEARING!

***Rumor has it and according to the following post on the MFJ blog that Sissy Atkinson still has Ms. Nees CLASS KEY

309 - Katie,
i didn;t even know about this case, one day sissy atkinson walked me back to a room and showed me kims class key that was in a jewerly box,(i didn’t know kim and i don’t know barry)-(this is probable 10-15 years after the murder) this was when i was a teenager. she threated me if i told anyone that she showed me the necklace. plus who would do anything about it in POPLAR mt.

Barry isn't guilty; factually, and forensically impossible. The authorities should be held accountable for their actions! He's a political prisoner as is evident. Mike McGrath is now the Chief Justice of Montana's Supreme Court. Barry's been waiting for 15 months on a decision from the court. How much longer is it going to take for Barry to get justice in Montana? The evidence is clear, the murderers have talked, but it seems no one listens.

The FBI should also be held accountable as there are natives involved with this murder! 10 UNIDENTIFIED PRINTS AND THE BLOODY PALM PRINT still to this day! I'd put money on a bet IAFIS the FBI's database holds the secret to opening those prison gates!

Last but not least I didn't find one single document showing Caleb Gorneau, Maude Grey Hawk Kirn, Joanne Jackson Todd, or Eddie VanDover's prints, blood and hair were ever taken and compared to the evidence found! It's a known fact Joanne Jackson Todd had clumps of hair missing from her head after Ms. Nees murder!

Thank you for your support!

So thankful something may finally be done to get Barry out of a place he should never have been .I don,t know how the gulty people in this case can live with themselves.Montana officials have a lot to answer to. How do they plan to compensate him for these last 27 years ?I can still hardly believe that the so called justce system has allowed such athing to happen. My prayers are with Barry and his family, may you all be united soon, and the best in the future.

Pisces

Whether the excesses of the past few days are catching up with you or you're feeling drained for other reasons, you need as much rest as possible today. Once you get tired, your defenses will be down and you'll start to fret about whatever is currently nagging away at the back of your mind. You're also concerned about the welfare of a certain person, which doesn't help.
