High court's stance could spur immigration laws

More states *need* to enact laws similar to Arizona's. And states such as Vermont, that tell police to look the other way, are the ones that should get sued by Obozo and company, as that is a law that directly conflicts with federal statutes.

Let's see what the SCOTUS has to say. If these anti-hispanic laws are constitutional, then it's open season on anyone with brown skin, whether they are citizens or not.

According to the Arizona law, "suspected illegals can be arrested without a warrant".

In other words, if you look like a mexican, you're gonna be repeatedly harassed and arrested. All the bigoted cop has to say is he thought you looked illegal.

It amazes me there is anybody left in Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala. etc. I've been in cities, suburbs, and rural areas all over the East Coast and they are everywhere. Some places they are thick as flies and in others less numerous but I still see them everywhere. In addition, there are hordes of Pakistanis, Flips, Hatians, Koreans, Indians, and who knows what else in dense crowds all over the place. For those of us who remember what it was like before the invasion it is mind boggling to see familiar places so overrun. ICE doesn't need a warrant to arrest illegals, either. Police don't need a warrant to arrest anyone, actually, when a crime is being committed on the spot. Illegals are proof that the crime of illegal entry has been committed and is still being committed. Police need a warrant to search private property. Unless illegal aliens live there. LOL!

So, just because the majority of illegal aliens in AZ are 'brown' then AZ has no right to look for illegal aliens? LOL!

You've never been to AZ, have you? I'm white and was followed by a Phoenix Police Officer who was Hispanic. All I was doing was driving by the State Capitol. It goes both ways.

Yes, someone has coached them on how to work our systems for the maximum drain and sold them some really bad information along with. They have obviously been told they are 'entitled,' which they are not.

You can see and hear it in their protest marches, their sour grape complaints, and the propaganda they've been told to spout but can no longer believe in themselves - they just can't understand why the red carpet hasn't been laid out for them. ROTFL! Most of them don't have a clue why it wouldn't be, because they don't know the first thing about our country - they have only been told that 'everything FREE for the taking in America.'

the arizona law SPECIFICALLY says police CAN NOT do that...they can check immigration status only if the person was stopped for a traffic violation or, while in the act of committing a crime.
