Why not? It has to start somewhere.

I know a man with full-scale ALZ, not yet 60 years old.
And my grandmother died at the age of 100, with her full faculties, FAR sharper than about 50% of the posters regularly heard from, within this context.

It's not JUST about the age, the fact is, we can have diminished capacities at any age-
but WITH advancing age, it's more of a likelihood-so that clear possibility must be considered, and benefit of the doubt, given.
