I'm am not playing your childish game concerning a court decision that I feel is a rationalization for the reasons I have already indicated, and that you lack the intelligence to defend (or actually even see the blatant logical fallacy of the decision). Your side will lose when the US Supreme Court ACTUALLY decides a marriage equality case, at which point Baker will be overturned. And to think, it's all because people like you think they are intelligent, when in reality they can't offer even so much as a fundamental defense of the decision in Baker.

Reality wrote: Until you can explain what Baker is saying, you are genuinely not capable to post on this topic. Translation, the only argument that Reality has against same sex marriage is Baker, but they lack the grey matter to make an argument in support of the decision. You are a fool. Are infertile heterosexual couples allowed to marry, yes or no? Is their infertility merely theoretical, yes or no? Bake is a mindless rationalization, and when the US Supreme Court actually hears a marriage equality case and issues a ruling, it likely will be overturned.

All persons in a state must go by the state regulations on marriage. Why do you ask so many stupipd questions? I know, it's because you're Justice Dumbass. I'd like to see you in a JD t-shirt with a cape made of a sheet, pink, of course.

Yes it is. What is even more remarkable is how they fail to realize that all science starts with an observation. The sexual orientation of gays and lesbians both observable and quantifiable.

DOMA is good law but even if it's tossed it won't change much. The states will still regulate marriage and they are overwhelmingly for traditional family and marriage. The real imbecile here is you, Justice Dumbass. Did you note the bargaining history of the bill?

There's Law. Then there's the meat grinder that made it. Certainly NOT irrelevant when you take those voting stats and try to impute certain motivations to the signatories. Some Bills are passed while taking a firm hold of one's nose.

Preventing gay folks from marrying isn't going to do that. Gay subject matter WILL be covered in school, in age appropriate ways, since gay kids are IN the schools. Learn to deal with it.

Wondering, you have never a) proven that this was said, nor have you b) illustrated that such a claim was accurate if it was actually made. You are a joke.

They don't need to claim anything at all, because discussing gay folks and families is just a simple part of life. There is no need to cater to the irrational folks who seem to think that the very mention that a child could have to Dads will cause a spiral into homosexuality for all straight kids. Gay folks marry. They have families. And yes, sadly, they have ignorant people who are afraid of both positive things trying to force a sick agenda of irrational thought and behavior on innocent school kids. That's certainly a school worthy topic. And it will continue to be, even in states where same sex marroiage is not currently legal.

Do they need to say that to teach about the true world around them? would you rather kids grew up in a bubble? Kinda harsh when that bubble bursts and the real worlds stares them in the face...

The goal of these people is to teach them what to think before they form their own opinions. You may not realize it but there is far more to the world than homosexuality. Not brainwashing kids with that BS hardly puts them in a bubble, only a gay bubblehead would think so.
