He was a graduate from Winnfield Senior High, Class 1999!! He was strange even back then! Everyone always thought he was wierd but to ever do something this sick and disgusting is a total shock! This is mind blowing! My prayers are with the victims! They are the ones that will have to live with this for the rest of their lives! I also pray that GOD punishes him and all involved with hurting these babies to the fullest!!!! I hope and pray that all these victims step up and take action!

He could be crying out for help. So get him the help that he needs to get better. Hopefully it's not too late. It is an illness. Of course, it doesn't excuse what he has done. He needs to realize that it's not just himself he's hurting, but the victims are everyone that knows him, relatives, parents, friends. So please get him some help.

Unfortunatly when a person does what he does it is not a cry for help. It is about power and the abuse of it. I will agree yes he does need some mental help, but only after they nail his privates to a tree stump and slowly cut it off with a very dull knife. Because my dear friend there is no help for a sex offender. They are like alcoholics and drugatics, once they have a taste of the power they are addicted. There are a very few cases where a sex offender has rehabilited his/her self, but it is very hard and extensive work. Most of them start out good, but grow weak and fail.

As far as who he has hurt. I am sure he does not believe that he has hurt any one because most of them actually convence themselves that the child or victim wanted it and that they love them more for giving them what they want. Some even feel that they are helping them by teaching then about their sexuality. Please do not feel a bit of sorry for this man. I only hope that the children envoled was either too young to remember or will be brave and stand up, because if they don't then the most they have him on is child pornography and voyerism which each only holds about 5 years a piece and most of the time is ran concurrently. Trust me I see it all the time.

Whoever this creep is he needs a LOT of prayer!!! And the children, too! They will have to live this over and over in their minds for the rest of their lives! NO ONE deserves to have these things happen to them. But the reality of it is that it does happen...and it will continue to happen. That's why we need to protect our children and watch them closely! I pity the fool in this situation because unless he gets right with God and repents, he will burn in hell for an eternity! That's a very, very long time!

Investigators from the Louisiana State Police and Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested David Cannon,(W/M 30 yrs) of 154 Jack French Road, Winnfield, LA, this past Thursday for possessing child pornography images.
Investigators described the images as some of the most horrifying and sickening images ever seen.
Cannon was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and booked into the Winn Parish Jail.
His bond was set at one million dollars.
The Louisiana State Police is committed to investigating and arresting those who sexually exploit and victimize children.
On Thursday, January 15, 2009, the Louisiana State Police collaborated with local and federal law enforcement agencies and prosecutors and executed a search warrant in Winn Parish.
This effort is in support of Governor Jindal’s public safety initiative.
The search warrant yielded the seizure of several computers and numerous photo albums, CD/DVDs, and 3 ½-inch floppy diskettes.
Theses items contained thousands of pornographic and sexually explicit images of children ranging in age from infancy to approximately fifteen years of age.
Louisiana State Police, Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Winn Parish District Attorney’s Office are working in conjunction with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Louisiana, Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, and other law enforcement agencies throughout the country to identify all victims and suspects linked to Cannon.
Some of the evidence/statements gathered are leading investigators to believe that there is a very high probability that there are victims that Cannon has come in contact with personally. Theses victims are urged to come forward and contact authorities.
The investigation is ongoing and additional state and federal charges are likely.

What association did this pervert have with day care centers? That seems like the only way he could have been associated with such a wide age range.

I went to school with him as well. I've never heard him speak. maybe, I cant remember. He'd always seem to be content with being alone...of course at that time it never crossed my mind but now I imagine he had other things on his mind!

He was always weird as hell even in school the whole family are freaks in my book. He has a homosexual little brother and the mom and dad are no better they had to know something. If I recall correctly I believe his dad was a big porn king too!
