Not like a lobster..that takes skill using those crunch the shell wrenches..these critters..take forever to eat..crunch the outer layer,pick carefully the meat out..WITH tweezers..THEY are a FREAKIN' pain to eat..finally after an hour..Congrats..You have eaten ONE!!

FYI, when planning a crawfish boil, one needs to prepare five pounds of crawfish for each person attending. Some will eat less, some will eat more, and the short time required to put them away would surprise you. Tweezers? LOL. Next you'll probably tell us Rainbow Trout taste better than Catfish.
