the ksp sargeant should be handed a stiff fine, and ordered to dui classes just the same as any other ky citizen. he should also lose his job as a public servant. we cannot have drunk and/or disorderly police out her .telling other drunk drivers how they should be doing. everyone should be treated the same. no breaks because he is an officer, he should get the limit.

What makes you THAT eager to say that?
It should be obvious shouldn't it?
But still his rights shall be equal rights as for you and me. Why don't you just leave it to the courts to decide his guilt and to sentence??
Are you a personal enemy of the officer?

Shame on KSP Sergeant Moore. We seem to be seeing more and more abuse of authority by police officers. Personally, I can't believe they arrested Sgt. Moore. You know, the buddy, buddy thing.He must have really been showing himself, otherwise Sgt. Moore would have just been asked to leave or been taken home by a fellow officer. Time to pay the piper Sgt. Moore.

new law caught for dui jail, loss of license. his job duty is to drive a state owned car. without license not supposed to drive he needs to be fired and put in jail

No mercy for police officers. Same law just like for us. Take hi to jail, punish, take his lincese, and no police officer job ever again ! Shame on you !!!
