R v. W isn't at all likely to be overturned simply because some legal scholars think it was erroneously decided. The majority of voters do not wish to see it overturned, and the SCOTUS has rarely, if ever, taken an action which will roll back the rights of citizens. If Antonin Scalia doesn't see any reason to declare abortion illegal, it's unlikely that the more moderate justices will, either. Science isn't the basis for our laws any more than is religious belief. Our laws are based on the preservation of individual rights and freedoms. Abortion has no effect on the lives of other citizens, and women have every right to choose it.

Hide what? Did you miss the entire dialog earlier? By the way, I've never been to a proctologist and I don't believe they perform abortions.

Well even though Dewhickey says that the majority feel this way, I do not believe that to be true. I know I would never be comfortable with that. I have had 2 children at a young age and without the fathers around. I believe I've been in the position to know how a women might feel in these situations.
