Obama has already set civil rights back. He was so indignant when Biden said it was great to have a clean cut Black in the race (or words to that effect). Although everyone knew this was a complement, Obama played the race card. His association with Wright and terrorists showed Biden to have actually been wrong. If Obama wins the nomination and looses in McGovern and Dukakis style, it will not be attributed to his total lack of credentials, competence and experience, but to his race. And Clinton was correct in stating that for all of Martin Luther King’s eloquence, it would be for naught with out a liberal and pragmatic President Johnson. Imagine If W was president during the King era?

Why is it that blacks can support Obama----simply because he is black, and it is not racist?? Why is it that Obama's campaign can say that he is winning due to the black vote, but it is not racist?? However, as soon as Clinton's campaign says one thing----that he is not winning the white, working class vote----out comes the race card?? The MAJORITY in this country have had ENOUGH regarding Obama and his VERY questionable associations, "EMPTY" speeches, and his use of the "race" card---EVERY opportunity that he has to play it!!!!

Heh heh, you want "insensitive"? Go find a couple of Redd Fox's old stand-up comedy routines and play them over the loudspeakers at your local Southern Baptist church. Now THAT will be a spectacle of the grandest order.

Thank you! And that is why Obama may win the nomnination, and do worse than McGovern and Dukakis. He won Iowa! Great. Does Iowa ever vote Democratic? Same as for Mississippi. North Carolina he won with 90% Black. He can get 100% Black throught the country, and he will still loose!!!! Guam has a Puerto Rico have can give him all the delagtes they have. They have a combined 0 elctricoial votes. Obama cannot win the election. The Presidency is not open for Affirmative Action. We have a situation where everyone (except Mr and Mrs Obama) secretly knows that the presumptive Democratic candidate cannot win--While the the Republican Party is not enthusiastic with their man. If Hillary looses, we need a third party on. This will be the year that a third party has a real chance.

Wow, the truth really hurts, doesn't it? Actually, it is a perfect parallel of the situation. And regardless of what the Democratic National Committee may think, Karl Rove has to be supporting Obama, knowing McCain stands a better chance of beating him than beating Hillary. Why do you think campaign money is coming to him like buzzards to a gutwagon, and Hilary is scraping up the contributions? The Republicans will do anything to get their man in, even helping promote an unelectable opponent, if you think otherwise, look closely at Gitmo, and really read the Patriot Act. If our senators and representatives had read it, they never would have passed it. But they didn't, and actually admit it. No wonder the Joke in the White House has robbed the treasury blind with fools guarding the henhouse.
