Bitter Mervin? Seems you are the type Obama was talking about. Too bad you made the wrong choice yet again, and your life will continue to suck. Just keep blaming other though, that seems to work for you right? Mervin wrote: I missed the deal when it went down live. Did the multi-millionaire ambulance-chasing Edwards cry about Daddy's long hours in the mill? On the wall of his mansion, does he still see visions of greatness for America's working poor? Just wondering.

Perhaps a real basketball fan can explain to Hillary that getting even two 3 point shots at the buzzer when you are losing by 10 points still equals a loss. I respect her right not to quit but you cannot change the rules of the game at the end to unseat someone who is clearly based on the agreed and established rules. Much of her legacy has already been ruined by her conduct during this campaign. The way she accepts her inevitable defeat will largely determine her political future.

***NEWS FLASH*** OBAMA WINS DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION ***NEWS FLASH*** MCCAIN WINS PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION Unfortunately Edwards endorsement will only polarize more of the actual democrats and independents that actually vote in November

Clinton's tactics have done serious damage to the democratic party. You can spin it or no, but the damage has been done. The latest fiasco with hard working blue collar whites who she gives permission to play the race card to is deeply insulting to all of us, regardless of race gender or creed or whether we are aware of it or not. It goes without saying she has the right to continue her campaign, even after Obama has been sworn into office if she wants. But in doing so, and particularly because of the way she does so, she is harming the fairly elected nominee's chances of winning the general election. More importantly, she is salting wounds from our past (race) and encouraging fanatical, my way or the highway, Republican style loyalty based upon gender.
If the tables were reversed, if Hillary had more delegates (the rules), or more popular votes (representative government), or more states won(she would spin it) or more of any metric we have all agreed upon for over thirty years, can you imagine how loudly she would be crying "foul" against Obama?
Personally, I really don't care whether it is man or woman, black or white or any color; I will not vote for someone who uses Carl Rove like campaign tactics again and again and again. After all the statistics have been argued every which way, the only thing Hillary has more of than Obama, is a gigantic overwhelming sense of entitlement.

Big shock! The one young, handsome man endorses the other younger, handsome man to beat the older, more experienced woman symbolizing our first real chance for a woman president. Welcome to "Sexism 101" everyone!!! Perhaps they'd rather have Hillary be the White House chef "baking their cookies" than serve our country as president. But oh wait...the press doesn't care that she won WV....they're too busy reporting on the endorsement of the guy who lost twice now. Great precendent with our press, huh? Let's let our American press decide who your nominee is by highlighting this story and burying the other? Like giving them this kind of unchecked power won't come back to haunt all of us someday...at some point....when we don't like their NEXT choice FOR us!
