Good luck! I lived in IL all my life, and have just in the past 2months moved over to IA. And I can tell you the il government can't get any any thing right.

The goveners pocket the state funds, doesn't pay its, bills, the poor and disabled cant get assistance because of that. There are virtually no doctors in the state that will accept Ipa due to the fact. The jails in the state and its court systems work off of a revenue system. Ie will this person reoffend... yes slap on the wrist. Will this person reoffend...no maximum fine and jail time. Corrutpion is the state motto.

So don't hold your breathe hopeing for change or for the state to do the right thing. Just do as I have and move out of ill as quickly as you can.
