Local hospitals face losing millions if state cuts Medicaid reimbursement

Local hospital leaders say they'll suffer a severe financial blow if the state cuts Medicaid reimbursement rates as deeply as threatened.
Sen. James Clayborne, D-Belleville, who is the Senate majority leader, could not be reached for comment Friday.
But he has said that he, too, wants more strict enforcement of eligibility....
