This Senate hearing will accelerate the Democratic legislature, DOE, BOE and HSTA finger pointing at Lingle.
The Governor will point back to the legislature, DOE, BOE and HSTA.
Kids and parents will continue to lose out.

Typical Government. A special session is way long over due! They all seen this coming, from the governor to the people that represent our districts. Why didn't they have the session back them. That is why they say: Shit rolls down hill.

Yeah, DOE, you bunch of worthless pencil pushers.

Your cheap Aloha shirts, your cheap polyester pants, pretending you educating the future. Yeah, right.

If the Senate lets these worthless folks get away with this, you too shall be blamed as well.

The fruits of a one party Hawaii Democratic Party control have been born, and it is rotten to the core.

I Pray the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge burns the State of Hawaii at the stake.

I'd rather see each and every one of the hacks at the DOE lose their jobs, tossed out onto the streets as homeless people, lose all their retirement, and your State of Hawaii go BROKE first, before you all continue to allow this cheating of the less fortunate fro their basic school.

Some things are worth fighting for, and this is one of them.

What a JOKE! Although is is only a fantasy, the only way to resolve this and find the true answer is to either have the US Attorney (never happen to busy and chasing 10 yr old mortgage fraud cases no one cares about) or hire a team from OUTSIDE of Hawaii that has no political, union or party agenda to review the spending (aka FBI). I'm 100% sure there will be all sorts of payoffs to "friends and family" with stimulus money contracts. It is funny to see all the blame going towards Lingle when there has been decades of corruption blatantly going on with no one doing a thing because they either want a piece of the pie now or want to climb the political ladder later.

A HUI HO!! I Totally Agree. Also if they are in the Legislature right now, NO OTHER OFFICES(seat) FOR THEM. No to a legislature RUNNING FOR THE SENATE etc. he/she is still an incumbent, as in they are in office now AND ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING!! Gee I wonder WHY our STATE has no MONEY!! Could it be due to not only dingleberry's spending but OUT SOURCING JOBS?? What does Hawaii export? What do we import besides immigrants?? Think about it people!!

Blue lips has really done it.
the world - Japan ( people are told to carry their hand bags over their
shoulder not talk to locals and carry little cash as possible.
hawaii people are savages -
white people know you are racist - so we now hate you also.
the world knows dealing with the inbreed population of hawaii you
must be careful . remember, you are dealing with a person who has
an IQ of between 60 and 85 semi retarded.
any way - listen you stupid idiots - you are phed.
GFYM
(have some one read the below for you)

Signs National Death Warrant.....

WAKE UP SLEEPERS!( Hawaii dumb bells excluded ) you are to stupid

Barack signed an emergency order to extend unemployment benefits (aka "Death Warrant"). That removes the incentive for millions of unemployed to compete for what few jobs exist as the nation circles the drain. This is going to get frather "interesting" as now with extended benefits the spin will be furious to account for vastly growing numbers of "officially" unemployed in coming weeks and months. We are witnessing a once in a generation event people - the nation's economy is caught in a "death spiral" as we plunge the depths of a Greater Depression rivaling that of the Great Depression of the 1930s. Hang onto your hats as this will be one hell of a ride!

How many of you taken personal responsibility? How many of you have prepared for the inevitable multi-year economic collapse and ultimate "sh!t hits the fan" economic event? If you haven't prepped by now then it is very likely too late and you are at the mercy of the state and will become reliant on charity. Those who can afford it now - then get crackin' and prepare while you can. This is not your grandfathers and great grandfathers Great Depression - We are no longer an agrarian society that can live off the land.If the delivery trucks stop running then stores and supermarkets will be empty within a week. We won't be able to "go to the barn" to retreive eggs, a chicken or milk for the family table. We won't be able to go into the field and butcher a steer for meat. Most don't even have a garden or even know how to grow their own vegetables (even if they had the room). Yes! This is not your forebearers Great Depression - much worse - It's your trial by fire - it's your "Greater Depression".

The Governor asked for 14% in salary concessions from the state employee unions (HSTA, HGEA and UPW). This DID NOT include the July '09 increase of employee paid medical premiums, nor does it include the pending January '10 increase in employee paid medical premiums. The HSTA and HGEA had agreed to 7%(HSTA) and 8%(HGEA) in reduced salary in the form of an unpaid furlough. All parties agreed to this furlough on behalf of all the crybaby whiners in the public sector complaining that government employees didn't want to share in the burden. WELL, the whining was successful and you got the concessions, although not enough to cover the original request by the governor for 14%. NOW, you whiners want the HSTA negotiations reopened? If you reopen the HSTA you will have to ask for the HGEA contracts to be reopened as well, since many HGEA employees work for the DOE. Reopening contracts IS NOT the answer. Finding the monies needed to balance the budget is FIRST PRIORITY. Make up the 7% that was not agreed to by the recent contracts and then make recommendations on WHERE you whiners plan to get the monies to increase school hours. For this to happen, the person(s) responsible (accountable) to make this happen (where the buck stops) is at the Governors Office. She asked for furloughs (included the public to get this done for her), she got the concessions (although only half of what she asked for). She even is going further with layoffs. Where the F*** do you think these additional funds will come from? The false hope that the Hurricane relief and the Rainy day funds will take care of the problem is SHORT TERM. What happens if the economy continues to spiral? Where will you go to get the funds needed. THE BOTTOM LINE IS a General Excise Tax Increase. Hawaii business should not feel any impact since they ALWAYS pass this on to the consumer (Don't Deny It).

Governor Lingle has increased the labor to bloat state employment rolls via her proposed budgets as the Executive from 2003 until now. Was there some huge demand for more work? Did any citizen here notice the increased efficiency of State services by her hiring excesses?

She is a miserable failure and now throws children, teachers, and the Hawaii GOP under the school bus as a consequence of her poor judgment as main antagonist. Seven years ago, Lingle was the hope against the machine. Today she is the worst working part of it. Where can I get a refund for my campaign donations? Just send it to the Hawaii Democratic Party as this life long Republican steps over to be part of the solution and reject the worst part of the problem. Voting for Lingle was my worst mistake and I accept personal responsibility and guilt for my part in supporting the State's worst CHILD ABUSER on record.

It is not too late to fix it. Education Matters and Save Our Schools must vet in district candidates to run the current B.O.E. members out of office in the upcoming elections. Time to burn the house down and build another made of moral fiber. Parents/taxpayers will represent themselves to protect our keiki on the next Board of Education. Make it so! Say bye to Lingle and the B.O.E. and then the Dragon Lady of the D.O.E. 2010 will be the year the people fix their own problems.

Ikeda, Iwamoto, Knudsen, Clarke, Penebaker, and Cochran will be the first to fall in 2010. By 2012, all the crap will be flushed from the system. The B.O.E. needs an enema.:D

TELL THEM TO CANCELL THEIR FURNITURE ORDER and the WAREHOUSE of STORAGE ITEMS that they never use to begin with. tell teh administrators that ONE PHONE is sufficient. they do not need 3 phones with 3 seperate phone numbers to do their job.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Scorpio

If something is bothering you, it's important that you say so now, loudly and clearly. It's no good bottling things up any longer because that will only lead to resentment and a slow-burning anger. However, it's important that you know when to shut up too, otherwise you might overstate your case or sound so demanding that you turn others against you.
