Class action law suit anyone? Is this just Florida that does it? I'm certainly not paying that company. It's the principle...THEY put it there and are taking advantage of people. If we keep paying this company it is encouraging them to keep doing it! I'm a journalist and my name is everything but I WILL NOT pay them a penny. I advise everyone to do the same. Don't let people push you around.

Hey guys, I'm a software developer in Florida and many of my friends unfortunately have had their pictures on http://arrests.org .

Anyways, I developed a website to help them get their picture off arrests.org . I'm only covering costs -$70. I included a Google form for anyone interested - I'll get back to you eventually.

They should definitely sue these people or something...

I really don't care who own the site, as long as my mugshot is gone. I paid another company over a $1000, and the only thing they did was move my mug shot to another page. But when I found these guys, and paid that $699 fee, it was gone in a day. SO ONCE AGAIN, AS LONG THEY GET THE JOB DONE, its all that really matters.
Your mugshot is valuable. How much will you pay me not to post it all over the internet? LOL You must have a lot of money to blow so the hard part of all this is to know that people are laughing at you all the way to the bank.

A criminal record CANNOT be erased, only hidden better.by attempting to bury it in bullshyt. You've got a record because you earned it, that's why it's called a RECORD. The rest of the world needs to know what you did, for any number of reasons, mainly safety. They want to know who the drunk drivers are in their midst.

No you can't. What legal authority are they? You are saying that if a cop wants to check your record he won't be able to find anything? Not a chance, Buddy.

Don`t pay - you are being extorted. The comments in the forum are written by the crooks extorting your `discomfort` paying is the WORST thing you could do!, as you will be paying over-and-over-and-over again. By paying you fund these extortists to move the same `bad day` to another page - and live the nightmare for as long as these crooks aren`t locked up.
