English should be the only language to receive a drivers license in every state of the U.S. Or are we going to start putting signs up on all corners and highways in Spanish too? If they cannot read English how are they to read the signs? If Nobama gets his way your children and grandchildren will be forced to read and speak Spanish in school. I guess it's called globization. Time to nip this crap in the bud! Time for Americans in every corner of this country to start standing up to this government corruption and law benders!

I can't see a problem with knowing and using more than one language. I do. But, this is still an English speaking nation (so far), the official language should be English which means all official publications should be ---wait for it --- TA DA-- English.

Here in Mexico, everything is in Spanish (official language) if you need an interpreter you pay for an interpreter.

Well how interesting. Again MX pushes our governments to bend over, while they don't follow suit. How's the veggies? lol

You'll love this one. Fox News this morning had coverage of ACORN members/workers/whatever with signs in the air, in front of an AIG workers' residence. There are actually 'bus tours' taking the little ACORN protestors to the homes. I just heard they've now protested at 2. Let's just say they looked really angry to me....so much for the community service B.S.? Oh silly me, I forgot the Messiah wants the bonus money back, which is now $218 Million, not the lower number.

I saw that! I should be out there AIG lost 1/2 of my retirement. But it was investments in the stock market so I'm not the only loser.

Sorry to hear about what they did to you also. A guy came in my business the other day, his 401K went from $81k to $13k. He just turned 65. He told me he'll have to be on roofs til his knees finally give out, then he has no clue how he'll survive... The point I was making was why is Acorn protesting? How'd they get the employees names? Interesting.

My ancestry is half-English, half-Czech.

The Czech half of me is being oppressed by my English half.

I DEMAND driver's license exams written in Czech!

If you're here legally you should know the language. Have a friend help you with the manual. If you're not you should NOT get a driver's license. Driving is a priviledge, not a right in the U.S.

Would it be their Messiah? You know they'll do anything to help him. I'm with John Conyers who's called for a full investigation of ACORN.....

I've been trying to drive that point through to local and state officials to no avail. They need to see "demonstrations" at their frigging doorsteps before they will acknowledge there is a problem. Even then, the signs need to be in "Spanish" - that seems to be all they will listen to.

The more languages, the better - true. Only the "English" language should be used, here in this Country, to communicate unless there are people willing to PAY to have communication translated into another language for themselves and for their own personal use.
