Should State Legislators Submit to Drug Tests?

State Rep. Scott Holcomb submitted to a drug test last week after his introduction of HB 677, a bill that would require drug tests for legislators.
Using rethug logic; if they are paid by the taxpayers they are taking public money just like welfare recipients and the unemployed and should be subject to random drug tests.
