Like I said. Hard photo to catch. The video of Jay is sick stuff, especially with his smirk.

Surfer Joe knows nothing about the Brooklyn Crew and should keep his trap shut.Jay Black was a piece of crap that owned plenty of favors to the crew in Brooklyn. You should become a fiction writer and thats all you are good for /fiction.

Brooklyn? Gotti was Ozone Park based in Queens and the Gambino capo enforcers at the Ravenite in Little Italy. Jay owed money, not favors. The video of Jay telling the WNBC camera he was there to support his friend John Gotti sure is fiction. You mean Jay's a 7" log of smelly stuff? I might buy the Jay folder from the freedom of information act, should be cool.

I got the impression he had no choice but to support the guy. He was damned if he did, and damned if he didn't. What choice did he have? He might not have been the only person in his family threatened. Thought he looked good, and healthy, but sad. I liked his hair longer then, but prefer it to be groomed now, although he can grow it to this hinny if he wishes - he'll still be #1 to me.

It's sad and disturbing to think of all that goes on behind the scenes in the entertainment world. When I read "Showboat" by Edna Ferber, I felt a little sick at the reality of their lives. It was nothing compared to the mob's involvement with the business. I read "A House Is Not A Home" by Polly Adler, and felt the same sadness. Still, not as sinister as what some performers apparently suffered. I guess if you grew up in that neighborhood, you might not be as turned off as a simple Southern woman is, but killing and extorting and other vile acts should always be repugnant to good people everywhere. It would have been all too easy to be pulled into evil before you realized the full ramifications, and obviously difficult to get out. If Jay had that monkey on his back and still kept entertaining us and smiling and telling jokes, it's to his credit in some ways. If he stooped to ill-advised acts during such associations, it's understandable. I wish he hadn't, and I ache to remove the scars, but I still think he is special. I see him in a different light in some ways, but am forced to wonder how well I would handled the same forces. He had weaknesses, and those who exploited those are despicable. He came through it with great charisma and it still affects me. Thanks for the dirty inside stories, because they are necessary to understand the man.

Old school, like Jay has money to bet on anything. Like some soldier is gonna collect $250 from Jay Black in 2012, maybe an autograph.

Mondello, are they real debts, or just something someone feels is owed to them and they want to hop on the bandwagon? I don't doubt there are unpaid debts, and some legitimate ones. If Jay does indeed owe them, they obviously didn't agree to participate in the bankruptcy payout. If they are debts contracted after bankruptcy, the parties need to discuss a payment plan and handle it accordingly. Then the gossip and claims should stop, because it's really tacky. If no serious attempts are made to collect a debt, any griping about it is worse than tacky and it's worse than unpaid debts. Jealous people who just want to slam Jay and discredit him for the rest of his life are acting in a petty way and should face legal consequences. If you are owed money by Jay Black and have a serious need to collect on it, post your contact information here and let us try to work out a resolution .

If everybody Jay "owes money to" worried about him paying them back as much as you diarrhea-mouthed creeps, they'd probably have gotten it by now. I don't feel sorry for any stupid, imbecilic cretins dumb enough to lend money to him--or anyone else--when they know they probably won't get paid back. What kind of moron does that make one? And Mondello, you sound just like a bottom-dwelling skag named Skidrowjosephine. She--might be a "he"--talks filth saying how filthy he talks and sings the same old song on almost every post.A lot of people are not aware of his "long gone talent", as YOU are, but then you're probably smarter and more a connoisseur of music than anybody else. Oh! Can YOU sing? Italy joined Hitler as an ally--why in hell didn't they stay where they were instead of coming over here and being a bunch of little cut-throat Hitler-wanna-be's, spoiling everything and everyone they come into contact with.

Jay owes money all around the US and that is one reason why he does not perform outside the Tri-State area. The man is a waste to society and doesn't deserve the respect he is getting from a couple of trailer park divas. See You in September

Look on back thru the posts and find more of somebody else's words to use. None of your business if we DID live in a trailer park. Bet you're a fuzzy-haired Clorox-blonde with black pubic hairs and lots of sweaty gardners, pool men,0h yeah--and trailer park hunks--in and out of your bedroom. Probably only way you can get any with all the airs and better-than-everybody attitude you have. You're one of the ones who couldn't get in his britches, ain't 'cha? Whose respect do YOU deserve? Who are you,Advisor to God? Maybe when you die, he'll let you take all your money and possessions with you. I'll pray for you--to fall off your high'faluting high horse and break your neck or maybe for your brakes to fail going down a hill at 90 mph.

Hi Sudi. No, no, no, they definitely don't want anyone to know who they are, being as they're all to chickens**t to use even only a FIRST real name. As a matter of fact, now that I've thought about it, the slug I replied to was probably not a woman, just another person calling themself a man. Know what's crazy, Seems like nobody that he owes money to has commented about it but everybody and his brother has plenty to say. What kind of scuzzy things you reckon all these "concerned people" have in their closets? I shudder to think. Ever watch "Behind Mansion Walls"?. Lots worse things go on in those glorified "shelters" than in trailer parks. Sometimes I wish I was living back in that trailer park without this big mortgage payment. But the way they kept going up on lot rent every year, today it'd probably be as high as the mort. pymts. They used to go up between $11 and $15 every year--just to park your home on a little 25 by 75 slab of land. Wouldn't mind buying about an acre of land up in the mountains and dragging this thing up there. Love the mountains.

It never ceases to amaze me the way people show their own true colors. For instance, B Miranda, would you care to name the "trailer park divas"? I don't recall anyone saying they lived in a trailer park, although I have seen evidence of the presence of divas. If Jay has the respect of divas from anywhere, he must deserve it. He has done nothing to beg for it, just performed his heart out for decades. He is still in possession of plenty of talent. In fact, he sounds better when he has a cold than most people sound at their best. He doesn't force anyone to lend him money, doesn't force anyone to buy a ticket to his concerts, and gives of his considerable talent to help worthy causes. Whatever your personal grudge, it doesn't take away from his gifts. Just because you are angry with him, for whatever reason, isn't proof that he is a "waste to society", and many thousands of people will disagree with you on that with their checkbooks. Your jealousy of Jay is terribly unattractive, and certainly doesn't change our feelings for him. If his wonderful gifts can make someone living in a trailer park happier, he has already deserved respect. His perseverance is inspirational to anyone living their life, as he continues to give his all for the enjoyment of everyone fortunate enough to hear him. I am still waiting for someone to have the nerve to be up front about their issues with Jay, instead of hiding behind silly aliases and barking from behind dumpsters like cur dogs. Why is it so important to you haters that we admirers love Jay? Why do you have such a rabid need to turn everyone against him? You have published your venomous rants all over the web, but we still love him. Can you just not understand that you are ineffective?

When you are a sick gambler you borrow. If you borrow legit and don't pay, the debt collector hits your source of income with papers, like venues. Nobody wants guys hitting their venues for the gate receipts. The guy lives a rental condo. Imagine being backstage at your most famous venue, Westbury, and yer pals have to cough up a wad of C notes for you? Shades of Jimmy Roselli. I bet he still owes The Nose for the free watah (inside joke).

Heard he deals with a man named the "Cashman" and works it off singing to small crowds in the back of the Motel 8 in North Bergen New Jersey. The man does live in a rented condo in Woodbury Long Island and his main squeeze is long gone.I tried to visit Howie in Oceanside at times and got no answer.

Tried to get a hold of Howie & Sandy to get the real scope on Jay,but no one ever answers the phone.Trying to get a hold of Black is amost impossible because his free nights and weekends start after 9pm and the man is usually in bed by then. Colorado knows a lot about the group because he was involved with the group many moons ago.
