But bw working and preparing for medical school, and being involved in my community Im not able to catch everything that's being aired. I strongly feel that we the people of this country would stick together and stop arguing amoung ourselves we wouldnt have to rely on the Presidential candidate to improve our nation. I never rely on an elected official to improve my situation. I am a man. I do it myself and expect my elected officials to protect my freedom to do for myself.

I agree with you on that statement. But I also realize that there are some people in our country such as children and many senior citizens who can not do for themselves. They need rely on the assistance of the Gov't. In my previous statement I mentioned that the people of the community stepping up and making changes. The care of the children and senior citizens fall under that as well. Again, I agree with you on the statement of doing for ourselves with the help of GOD!

Senior citizens have children. Why is the government their nanny?

You need to remember we are a hopeless state for a democrat to campaign in. The past 2 elections the canidates have burned their money and time in this state to get know where. Dont be so petty it is not an issue focus on the real issues and maybe we will actually have a president worth running this wonderful country.

So, they all show Obama with a slight lead in popular vote nationally, but it gets better;
1. Barack leads in State polls in 27 states.
2. Barack would get 332 electoral votes to McCains 183 if the election were held tomorrow.
3. Barack is ahead in 15 of the 21 states having double digit (10 or more) electoral votes. His average lead in those 15 heavyweight states is by 10.3 points, so things are unlikely to change dramatically in those states.
4. Vegas odds now show Barack Obama as a -230 prohibitive favorite, while McLame is a +160 longshot.
Great opportunity for all you intellectually challenged McLame backers to put your money where your mouths are.
Meanwhile, it's OBAMA TIME!
GO OBAMA!
YES WE CAN!
YES WE ARE!
SOON TO BE: YES WE DID!
