You can go to this site and find out if you have anything waiting for you. My brother had a refund check from Ford Motor Co. in the amount of $125.00!
You never know until you check. In fact if you Google unclaimed property [your state] it will give you a site in your state to go to.

that was the most confusing story I have ever read.First you say some of these people with unclaimed property are famous,then you said the state will auction it off and then you said the state will spend two years looking for the owners.Huh?
