Let's go back to the subject of this particular thread, First Performance Marina. When Kevin McCarthy was enroute from Key West to Jacksonville, he got the call from you when he was near Ft Lauderdale that he was sailing a "stolen yacht". After a call to his lawyer, he decided to dock immediately, and it just so happended to be at First Performance Marina.

So tell me Robert, what "exactly" did First Performance Marina have to do with the alleged theft of your "yacht"? They did not cause this situation.
