Steve Hill clearly understands what needs to be done - cut expenses and fees and give families and businesses in Delaware a break.

His experience with Main Street Delaware and many community Service organizations has given him very strong experience to understand a budget and make the necessary changes.

and architectural standards. I guess they all support the ticky tac approach to growth.Nobdoy seems interested in improving the south end as a source of growth. How nice.
