I knew there would be a lawsuit over this. So much for friends... I wonder if the family member considered just sueing for medical expence? No probablly not... all they heard was cha-ching as soon as the doc. said brain damage. I feel really sorry for the lady who got hurt, now her family is going to rake in the money at her expense... 50 mil. really.

IF the woman survives, how much do you think her continuing care is going to cost??? For the rest of her life.

She shoudl sue friends or not. Homeowners Insurance will cover this I think. She should get what she can for medical needs and there will be many.
