However, as someone who has done a huge amount of face-to-face talking with the public about this crime, there are some points which come out of those conversations:

1. "Gang" stalking works poorly. "Organized" or "group" stalking works FAR better. Reason: Mention "gang," and the entire attention span of your listener gets burned up as you try to explain that no, it's NOT youth gangs, biker gangs, ethnic gangs, or the Mafia.

2. Your PERSONAL experience virtually always raises the issue of your mental stability. Believe me, you DON'T want that issue to arise when doing activism. Solution: Use carefully excerpted SHORT bits of the experiences of OTHER targets, selected for sounding sane and feasible. In place of your story, use STATISTICS.

Now after my 16 years' activism, I've combined all my lessons learned into a single 50 page e-booklet, containing the safest material I have available. That e-booklet is:

By the way, in my activism, I have found that while many crisis support workers, as on crisis hotlines or rape crisis centers, are not aware of organized stalking, what they ARE aware of is how officials brush off people's complaints. Often the brush-off is "Go discuss this with your doctor."

So if you take care in dealing with crisis support staffs, they can be brought on side. "Take care" means very gently educate them and be patient.

I also discovered that a few crisis support workers ALREADY knew what organized stalking was, and one even presented OS to her new recruits in their training.

One can "window shop" for such staffers by calling these organizations from time to time and right up front asking "Can you refer me to one of your staff who knows what stalking by groups is?"

That way, you don't get bogged down into your personal story, which does affect many unaware people as the ranting of a mentally ill person. You "cut to the chase," so to speak.

Having people who know how poorly officials treat some victims of crime is a real boost, and they, in turn, once educated, can substantially help in the public education process.

And some crisis support staffers have contacts within officialdom, as I mentioned above.

It takes TIME and CARE, but it has been shown to WORK.

Gang Stalking Case
A Federal court civil rights law suit was filed on 7/9/2010 in the Southern district of New York against the United States and unnamed citizen group for alleged abuses including stalking, conspiracy and assault. The plaintiff claims he is the victim of a Red Squad like crime known as “Gang Stalking.”
Case No. 10 Civ. 05237 (pac)(gay) is posted publicly on Pacer.gov
Implications
The Government has chosen a Facial, instead of Factual defense, asking this Court to dismiss this case under Rule 12(b)(1) and (6). The Government acknowledged for a facial defense, under Rule 12(b)(6), the court is “required to accept the material facts alleged in the complaint as true.”
The Government’s primary facial argument is Sovereign immunity.
Plaintiff argued that Sovereign immunity does not apply in this case because the indiscretions alleged are not official duties of the Government.
Plaintiff cited the case of the: Socialist Workers Party v. Attorney General, 463 F.Supp. 515, 522-24 (S.D.N.Y. 1978). In this case the SWP relied on the theory of ‘prima facie tort’ in connection with the FBI’s (Red Squad) disruption activities. This led to the decision denying the Government’s motion to dismiss certain claims. Socialist Workers Party v. Attorney General, 463 F.Supp. 515, 522-24 (S.D.N.Y. 1978).
The Government replied by arguing that the legal interpretation that granted the SWP an award has subsequently been rejected.
Plaintiff concluded his argument by stating:“If it is decided by this court, due to sovereign immunity, that the American people have no legal cause to act against the government for committing conspiracy, then this court is setting precedence that technically it is legally acceptable for any government official to use third party thugs to attack citizens.”

This is a well-done site, but the claims there need to be individually evaluated before targets can treat the claims as facts. This applies to any web site or blog as well.
Since credibility is our major issue, the way to separate facts from theories is to ask about each and every claim, is this claim published in a reference which officials will accept as true? If not, we should, if we discuss a given claim with the public, offer the claim as a theory, guess, speculation, possibility but not a fact.
Offering a theory as a fact we can't back up to the satisfaction of OFFICIALS makes us appear not credible.
Personally, I question why, when credibilty with the public is so critical, the site owner chose a web site name, "asylum," which invites the unaware visitor to think about mental illness. I urge targets to not promote this site for showing to the public.
