These stats you're trying to minimize and denegrate are for ILLEGALS - NOT legitimate
citizens/permanent residents. If it is currently estimated
that there are currently 30 to 35 million illegals in this country, then yes, these illegals are using them disproportionately
to the 275 + million legitimate (non illegal trespassers) who receive them, be they black, white or whatever. Thats the point - to show that illegals represent 10% of the population but soak
up a figure that isn't proportionate (in excess) to their population here.
