Immigration from Europe was sought and permitted by the US government and the states of the Union. Why? Because they wanted European immigrants to come here. They were welcomed here. There doesn't need to be any other reason. The USA is a sovereign country and is justified in welcoming or denying any people from anywhere in the world it chooses.
There are many reasons white people were encouraged to emigrate to the USA from Europe, not the least of which was that the USA was founded for white people by white people. There are just as many reasons brown and black and Asian people weren't encouraged or permitted to come here. Who are you to say who should have been and should now be let into the USA?
If by 'brown' people you mean people from South and Central America, then you aren't too bright, are you? Governments and people from those regions have never been supporters of the USA. Why in the world would the USA want to import people from there? Duh.
They are 'allies' in polite political meetings only. The truth is that they have always hated the USA, and they still do. We don't need their people here at all to subversively undermine our chosen form of government. That IS what the illegal invasion from south of our border is all about, is it not? The destruction of the USA.
Laws and citizenship are what the USA is all about. Study up on it. Maybe you'll learn something for a change.
