Carl Wade, Terminally Ill California Inmate, Dies Hours Before Release

This is very sad. CDC loves to mess with families. The poor guy is near his last breath and CDC along with the judge make sure they take as much time as they can to keep this near death soul locked up. No harm at all would have been done by releasing him to his family. None. Now it is too late.
