The president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama – whose level of security clearance is far higher than was my dad’s, who indeed has access to all intelligence and all secrets, not to mention having his “finger on the nuclear button”– was during his college years a committed Marxist, advocating the revolutionary overthrow of America’s capitalist system. His father was a communist. His main mentor as a young teenager, Frank Marshall Davis, was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA.
Obama admits in “Dreams From My Father” that, during college, he was attracted to the “Marxist professors.” Indeed, the Marxist student leader at Occidental College at the time, John Drew, says Obama was far more radical than even Drew was, actually believing that Marx’s prophesied proletariat revolution to overthrow capitalism was imminent in the United States. Today Drew, who has long since repudiated his former radicalism, says that even in his Marxist days he attempted to rein in Obama by trying to persuade him to work within America’s political system to bring about the Marxist transformation they all desired.
After college, Obama followed in the footsteps of Chicago Marxist Saul Alinsky and went on to practice and teach Alinsky’s revolutionary street-organizing methods. Obama launched his political career in the living room of Bill Ayers, a self-described “small-c communist” and unrepentant Pentagon-bombing terrorist.
Is there something in the United States Constitution or other statute that makes it illegal to be a communist, say, the way Jesus of Nazareth was?

But amazingly, Obama, Holder, Napolitano et al can find justification in suing Sheriff Joe Arpaio for doing HIS job and allowing HIS Deputies to do the job that Barack Hussein Obama and his band of ne’er do wells won’t do.
Remind the Class again about the jurisdictional basis for a county sheriff to enforce federal law. Thank you.

JP Morgan Chase looks like it could be in trouble. And JP Morgan Chase is perhaps the most prestigious and important bank in America.•
Did Mr. Morley ever take a course in "Money & Banking?" He does not appear to be familiar with our great nation's fractional reserve system. Are you?
If the trading loss is, say,$5 Billion, it doesn't even dent JPM's capital structure. Why are you worried?

WRONG. It is a condition precedent.
First timer here, Terri. Tell me, is a person required to produce evidence of a crime if he commits it? It seems unlikely to me. I don't see how, if the President DID conspire to defraud the courts, he could be REQUIRED to produce evidence to that effect. I only ask because you seem to have a good grasp on the legal issues.

Thanx

Why don't you quote Mr. Paine on how much he despised the United States Constitution?
For the remainder of the Revolution, Paine's energies remained with the American cause.

Paine made little money from his journalistic successes. For 2 years he was secretary to Congress's Committee on Foreign Affairs. When he lost that post in 1779 for disclosing confidential data, Pennsylvania, whose 1776 Constitution he had helped establish, appointed him clerk of the Assembly. In this capacity he wrote the preamble to the state's law abolishing slavery. When Washington appealed for supplies, Paine organized a solicitation, contributed $500 from his own meager salary, and helped organize the Bank of North America to finance the supplies. However, his trip abroad to solicit additional funds lost him his Assembly clerkship.

Paine's reply, The Rights of Man (1791, 1792), vigorously defended republican principles and virtually called Englishmen to arms to overthrow their monarchy.

Paine's most controversial writing was The Age of Reason (1794, 1795), a direct attack on the irrationality of revealed religion and a defense of deism. Despite Paine's unequivocal affirmation of a belief in the Creator, the book was denounced as atheistic, was suppressed in England, and evoked countless indignant responses. Like his other writings, its circulation was phenomenal, with French, English, Irish, and American editions.

Thomas Paine (1737-1809) was an English-born journalist and Revolutionary propagandist. His writings convinced many American colonists of the need for independence.

Today live in a Florida court a hearing took place on Obama's eligibility to be on the Democratic ballot for President. This case was brought by a DEMOCRAT and represented by the attorney who won the Bush vs. Gore Florda Presidential case.
You can google it, Live Coverage of the Florida Eligibility hearing.
Do I think the judge is capable of understanding the gravity of the premise...no just my observation of his questioning. But I hope I amd wrong. I believe he will ultimately think of self-preservation and not the constitutionality issue.

Obama is the offspring of only One American not TWO Americans citizens. And the clause refers to a plural meaning not singular for eligibilty. His father was a foreign national..never American.

The Democratic machine cast aside truth, integrity, and the American people's right to have a clear representative for President. Bill Clinton in 2008 is on record of stating that Barack Obama was ineligible, but the Party chose to disregard the Constitution, and not vet Obama's eligiblity. They instead held a hearing regarding McCain's eligibilty, which they deemed him as eligible to run for President. No such hearing took place on Obama for obvious reasons.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- A judge is holding a hearing on a ballot challenge alleging President Barack Obama is not a "natural born citizen."

The plaintiff represented by conservative legal activist Larry Klayman questions Obama's birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii. It also argues that even if Obama was born in the United States he still is not a natural citizen because his father was a foreign national.

Lawyers for the president and Florida Department of State are asking Circuit Judge Terry Lewis to dismiss the case Monday.

The suit describes plaintiff Michael Voeltz, as being a registered Democrat.

From above post : "Do I think the judge is capable of understanding the gravity of the premise"?

Well, we can see the writing on the wall. Just a precaution, in case the birthers lose. Pretext is pre-packaged.

Of course, we can deduct from Conservative er hmm girl that she is more capable of understanding the gravity of the premise and , why not, the whole legal apparatus and language surrounding the 132-0 that we all know of. Conservative er hmm girl, tell the audience which law faculty you are a product of. Thank you.

Obama signed the NDAA bill which contains the worst mockery of the human rights and of the constitution.

The bill has been judged anti-constitutional by the supreme court since and Obama's administration still refuse to change the language. Am I correct?

And nobody says anything.
Except Paul, Johnson and Solomon.

'Birther' takes lead in race for judge
Lawyer who took Obama to Supreme Court may soon join court of his own

Gary Kreep, a California private attorney who as taken a pair of challenges to Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the presidency all the way to the Supreme Court, may soon have the chance to sit upon the bench himself.

Based on the successful outcome of his "démarches" to the Suprreme Court in Obama's constitutional eligibility, he should be a cinch.

Just another weekend in Obama's home town

Meanwhile, just a few blocks away, it was another typical Saturday night in Chicago for the district President Barack Obama (D) represented previously as a community organizer, state senator, a senator and now president. During the wedding festivities--and best wishes to the couple--within a few miles of the celebration there were "4 dead, 19 wounded in separate city shootings."

And who is at fault for this Father's Day week end violence? In a display of inter faith, inter religious co-operation, Reverend Jesse Jackson, father to at least one acknowledged child out of wedlock plus several with his wife and Catholic Reverend Michael Pfleger, adopted father to several black African-American boys, agreed-- it is not the shooters, the perps, it is not the local community filled with fatherless children, welfare mothers, teen aged parents, unskilled, unemployed, unemployable people, or violent schools.

No!

The fault lies with...

the stores that sell the guns.

.
.
.

And so, with a few protesters--and lots of media--this diverse, multi cultural duo shut down a legitimate gun shop business in suburban Chicago

so they could stroke their egos

rather than doing the hard work of telling their communities to straighten up,

take care of themselves and their children,

get some training and get a job.

Nope, so much easier to pull a publicity stunt, assured that this extortion will pull in some government dollars for their life style while innocents suffer.

Those judges thought about self preservation instead of truth and honor. Character and belief in what is right is not the norm today.
I am a product of two American parents who believed in the Constitution, and loved this country. Obama is a Constitutional Law Professor who by his presense in the White House is spitting on the rule of law and the Constitution.

Zimmerman family challenges Holder on New Black Panthers, says no arrests ‘based solely on your race’

...

The family member believes the reason Holder hasn’t made those arrests is because he, like the members of the New Black Panther Party, is black.

“I am writing you to ask you why, when the law of the land is crystal clear, is your office not arresting the New Black Panthers for hate crimes?” the family member wrote to Holder.

...

These threats are very public.

Since when can a group of people in the United States put a bounty on someone’s head, circulate Wanted posters publicly, and still be walking the streets?”

The New Black Panthers have issued ultimatums to the Sanford authorities, saying they want Zimmerman arrested “dead or alive.” They have placed a bounty on Zimmerman’s head, and have called for the building of an army of vigilantes to track him down and effect a citizen’s arrest.

Most recently, the New Black Panther Party has called for violence.

...

So far, however, no members of the New Black Panther Party have faced legal consequences.

Believe your own eyes when you watch the sheriff's videos or believe the pols who tell you obama is legit while they hide the original documents.

It all follows the libtard playbook, which is to lie through your teeth and then get someone with credentials to back you up.

Just look at every are of political contention and you'll see what i mean.

a. liberals lying
b. phd's, scientists, etc, rushing to say the debate is over

It's laughable that anyone falls for it anymore, it's so well known that they have no scruples.

The reason they can do it is because they have already shredded the constitution and there is no law left to stop them.

When i hear republicans in congress or media say they are shocked that obut is doing all these things like giving away state secrets and stuff, i either laugh or scoff at them.

What did they think was going to happen when they let a complete fraud with forged and stolen documents sit in the white house?

I hope you don't vote for the lying republicans, because they will ruin this country just like the democrats. Find someone honest to vote for.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aries

Keep a firm grip on your money today to avoid anyone else getting their mitts on it. If you're out in public you should keep your wallet or bag clamped to your side, just in case it goes walkabout. You should also make sure you check any bills and invoices that you're given, in case they contain a mistake. It's a day when errors and deceptions are highly likely.
