Please tell us something that is not obvious.
How can a document (that is not part of English common law) have any legal force and effect when it antedates the beginning of our constitutional republic? Tell the Class the legal force and effect of the Magna Carta in U.S. constitutional law. Thank you.

SO WHAT?
Please ONCE and FOR ALL TIME refresh for the Class (1) the constitutional principle,(2) the applicable statute,(3) any final federal appellate court holding, OR (4) the legal tradition that holds a state-issued birth document has any LEGAL BEARING on presidential eligibility under Art. II,§ 1,¶ 5 (orig’l) of the United States Constitution? Thank you.

What’s Your Problem With Voter ID, Mr. Holder?
Remarkably, Mexican citizens require a photo ID to vote in their country. In addition, the voter card has become the accepted way to prove one’s identity, to open a bank account, board an airplane, and buy beer. The Mexicans clearly understand the value of a valid identification card; why don’t we Americans understand? Is it because someone has some ulterior motive for voting? Bottom line: there is no valid reason for not having voter identification. It’s a no-brainer.
See what Holder says.........
http://www.westernjournalism.com/problem-vote...
It think it's wonderful, Just Sayin', how you pick examples that the US should imitate. Today it's Mexico. Well, they have to present photo IDs for almost everything, including going to the bathroom. The need I.D. to vote, to ope in Mexico. To open a bank account, board an airplane, why, even buy a beer (A Corola of course). This is why there is NO voter fraud in Mexico, this is why all bank accounts are on the up-and-up, no money laundering by the drug cartels as they presend IDs, and why the crime rate in Mexico is so ... LOW. Yes, Just Sayin', what next? The Syrian example on how to mute popular protests? Or do you prefer the Iranian method?

Yes, I am very familiar with the metric system. How many kilometers between the Equator and the North or South Pole?
Oh, off the top of my head. 0C is the same as 32F, 4.4C = 40F, 15C +59F (Standard Day, BP of 1013.2 Milibars or 29.92), so I can assume 18C is about 65F.
For you who do not know what a "Standard Day" is, it is what the international community uses to rate an engine's power.
At 15C/59F, Dry air (zero humidity) and with a barometer of 29.92 in. hg. For instance, my plane is rated at 235 hp on a standard day. It must meet 100% of that at all times but is allowed to be up to 5% above that. If it can not put out 235 hp on a standard day, it must be replaced/overhauled.
Oh, as a rule of thumb. If a turbine engine drops 0.25% below it's factory measure, off it comes and you put on a new engine. Jet engines do not like sand. Places like Iraq are really hard on aircraft engines.
And after 50 years, they have a filter kit for Chinook engines. But you have to remove it anytime you think you may encounter icing conditions. That is what the 4.4C (40F) is for. If it is foretasted to be below 4.4C at your maximum altitude, off comes the particle separator (filter). In the Huey, you only have to remove the top part. So simple even a pilot can do it.

No 'statute NOR 'code' can CHANGE that!!!!!!
It is not at all complicated.
There is no legally definitive standard in the entire 800-year tradition of our controlling Anglo-American jurisprudence that even remotely suggests that a citizen parent is required for one to be a natural-born American (or British) citizen. Cf. The Federalist.

It is not at all complicated to be able to punctuate at the third grade level. For more details please consult Obama's magnum opus from his time as the President of this great nation's first and most esteemed law review. This masterwork is on the desk of EVERY trial lawyer in the United States, yet you are too inept to be able to research its title.

How ironic that someone who cannot find a title in any legal library's card catalogue wants to tell Americans who were smart enough to get into college about constitutional law. Ha Ha Ha

An increasing number of Americans are concerned that, since President Obama was born with foreign nationality (in addition to U.S. citizenship), he might not be a "natural born citizen" and therefore might not be eligible, under the Constitution, to serve as president.
The operative phrase is "might not be."
The United States Supreme Court decided to the contrary in Kerchner v. Obama (2010). That decision removed the "might not be" doubt with legal finality.

NEW KILL COUNT IN 'ERADICATING CHRISTIANITY' CAMPAIGN

Muslim group blamed for 1,000 deaths just last year

A Muslim organization that has dedicated itself to eliminating Christians, and especially eradicating Christianity from its home territory in Africa, has turned in a new kill count of 19 more of the faithful.

Reports from Nigeria say that Muslims guerrillas this time killed at least that number with bomb attacks in the cities of Maiduguri and Kano.

The violence attributed to the Muslim group Boko Haram follows a weekend church suicide attack in the northern city of Bauchi.

BTW, Krugman was interrupted three times by audience applause during his address. UR so gullible. It's April Fool's Day every day in Tacky's world.

What is clear is that the photo was not taken of Krugman in the room where he delivered his address.

Listen to the audience applause.
