Philippines arrests doctor in $3M US fraud case

Halos lahat nalang yata pinoy kawatan. Nakakahiya kayo! The only reason his arrested because its involve u.s.gov 't. not philippines gov't. If this is philippines gov't. They've stealing this doctor will never get arrested unlike corona and the rest of the crooks!

The Philippines never take responsibility for their own issues. All the buwayas, cops and militants are filth with don't follow the correct moral codes.

Filipinos in general are like lost children. They don't know what they really want for themselves for their future. They only think of what they can get 'now'. No direction and no goals for the better.

Time to grow up kids.

Some Filipinos may have acted wrong based on their personal capacity. We should not make a summary statement for all Filipinos. Even progressive and developed countries have constituents that are more crooked than these "lost sheep"

Lets face it! filipinos has became a bad joke! Even here in america these filipino crooks got catch stealing money from the u.s.gov 't. They got catch after a long investigastion their business closed down they go to jail and throw the keys! They think that since they get away in the philippines they can get away over here too. It may take some time but believe me they'll get catch and when they do they go to jail.

In the philippines is another story. You get catch you can buy your freedon as always.

The Philippines will never learn unless it makes radical changes to the judicial system. In a 2008 survey, international business executives believed Singapore, along with Hong Kong, had the best judicial system in Asia. In 2010, Singapore was ranked first for "access to civil justice" and "order and security" by the World Justice Project Rule of Law Index.

So in saying that, The Philippines should learn some aspects from Singapore and Hong Kong. The problem with Filipinos is the f@cking cultural mindest. It's always manána, manána, manána. Not action-agad. This stems from the cultures of the Spanish and Austronesian. We need more people in the Philippines to be willing to compare their societies with Singapore and Hong Kong. It's not hard to see the flaws the Philippines has.
