And yet the main job gains in California have been in providing the R&D and production for new energy initiatives.
California is not going back to the toxic hydrocarbon haze of yesterday so get a clue.
The surrounding States certainly know about our choice to destroy businesses and jobs. They are making big plans to welcome businesses who prefer to survive Sac's touchy feely nonsense by relocating to sanely governed States.

This Law is the ultimate in failing to consider even the most glaringly obvious negative out comes in crafting Legislation.

Poor, Pitiful Californians elected their own worse enemies.

Two things caused the three cities to go into bankruptcy.

1: A booming economy that showed no signs of slowing down (they misunderestimated GWB's stupidity) that caused them to invest in infrastructure for growth.

2: The east coast banks and their mortgage fraud scheme (abetted by GWB).

They didn't go bankrupt because they were too innovative or didn't emit enough smog.
nice links to back up your ignorant rant

Read about San Bernardino and see there biggest problem is they can't pay union pensions and tax revenue is plummeting as business leave California

Liberals are doing there best to bankrupt the whole state

Cities go bankrupt when tax revenues collected won't pay the expenses. Tax revenues are going down.
