Up to $2.3 billion in California public funds hiding in plain sight

A week after uncovering a hidden-funds scandal at the state parks department, finance officials are now trying to piece together why the balance sheets for similar "special funds" are off by $2.3 billion -- money that appeared to be right under their noses amid California's financial meltdown.

The smoke and mirrors government cover up...now they are claiming human error. Let me ask a simple question, would you let these people run your checking account? No. Well they are. The only human error here is they got caught. And just what is the legal definition of human error-two words a lawyer uses to slip off the hook. And when a lawyer uses terminology like this you feel like your swimming in a cesspool. State corruption. How it works: They get caught. The fall out spells disaster. They cover it up because it so bad it would cause public panic. So now it is a government secret and on with business as usual of stealing the peoples money. That is why the mafia and criminals pour into government positions...to hide behind their crimes in this exact way.
You keep giving into these thieves and they are going to come back for more...
