Finally, a 2007 study on Arizona real estate that has been done on what buyers and sellers expect to happen instead of some quack analyst that doesn't even live in Arizona expects to happen.

"Arizona Real Estate Buyers & Sellers Forecast 10% Increase in..."

That is real interesting, except prices (of houses actually selling, not just wishing prices) are already 15 to 20% below the Fall 2005 peak in my Metro Phoenix neighborhood. And with near record inventory on the Phoenix MLS, half the houses for sale being vacant, foreclosures rising rapidly, and A.R.M.s adjusting throughout 2007 and beyond, this forecast may be a tad off.

Of the 5000 people surveyed:
"52% of the buyers surveyed plan on buying in Tucson, 29% plan on buying in Phoenix, 12% plan on buying in Flagstaff, 4% plan on buying in Prescott and the remaining 3% plan on buying in other areas of Arizona."
WOW, That only leaves 150 people or less to buy the 33,000 homes that Jim Rhodes is building in Golden Valley, AZ. http://www.rhodeshomesaz.com/html_site/index....

Daily Horoscope for February 12

Sagittarius

The day may start out on a high note, but sometime this afternoon you may be feeling uneasy. Not to worry, it's just the beginning of your lunar low cycle, which may drain your energy. This is just Nature's way of telling you to slow down and recharge your spiritual batteries. You may want to schedule time for a long bubble bath or a massage from your partner this evening.
