(AZ) Sheriffs: Are you in school legally?

The more I hear about Arizona, the moe I want to move my business there.

I've been thinking the same thing, maybe Maricopa County, I have grand kids there anyway.

For at least 3 decades, the children of illegal immigrants have been attending schools. They have gotten their vaccinations because their illegal immigrant mother gave birth on the USA soil which makes them AUTOMATICALLY USA CITIZENS.

I know this for a fact because my son went to school with many of those children. It pisses me off that this pu^^y Government would allow this misinterpretation of the true definition of "citizenship by birth".

This continues to this date. The children can say, "yes, I am", and they would be (according to this misinterpretation) telling the truth although Americans know that it is a BOLD FACE LIE because either their madre or padre (I don't know how to say all the other languages for "mother" and "father") are f^^king illegal immigrants. We don't have to know all the other languages anyway because Spanish is the only other language expected to be used in this Country and ain't THAT just ducky!!

The real crime is allowing any, and I do mean ANY illegal b^^^h to give birth on this soil and have that offspring considered "American". How dare this Government sell the true Americans down the river like this.

I want to see, all citizenship that has been acquired this way be rescinded. Grant it you can't go back 30 years, but how about we just start back as far as 10 years ago. We would have planes and ships leaving out of here on a daily basis full of bloodsuckers and be rid of this horrendous burden.

Illegal parents don't pay for the cost of anything regarding their children. That's being dropped in the laps of the taxpayers. Birthright citizenship is the real impetus for illegals to come here. Where else can they get paid to have baby after baby, and never have to leave the house to get a check?

Good point, here in Mexico if you are predominantly an English speaker and don't speak Spanish well the monthly cost goes from 150 pesos to up to 5000 pesos a month from the 6th grade on. That goes for if your a citizen or not too.

So why is it Americans have to show their childs birth certificate and shot records when they enroll them in to school but Illegal aliens are enrolled in the very same school. How do they do it?

Isn't this a civil rights violation?

in calexico ca. school admin. takes pictures of children crossing the border every morning to check for residency that are attending school. if they are not residence of calixo they are booted out of school. these kids give a calexico adress while living in mexico.

Why stop and ask the children if they are legal or not? The parents should have to provide THEY themselves are in this country legally to even have children in our school systems! I don't give a crap where the kids were born. I want to know the legal status of the mom and dad first!

Yup - this birthright citizenship crap needs to stop. The media says "it's in the constitution"
but that's another of their lies. The 14th amendment says "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. "

The key phrase is "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". An anchor baby dropped by an illegal alien is NOT.

now if u want to make a law that if ur parents arent legal then u not intitled to school or any benifits then make the law and profile all hispanic . i guess we can denine all irish as well from school because thats where there parents came from and all those that came and took the indian land

Looks to me like English is not your forte. Interesting how some like you claim to see color and nationality on the www. Legal is legal. Illegel means not legal. Look it up, there's a Black's Law Dictionary you can google for free!

I am so tired of anyone who is illegal or pro illegal bringing up the "You took the land from the Native Americans" excuse as if that justifies what illegal immigrants are doing to this country today because it doesn't.
