FAIRHOPE, Alabama -- An out-of-state investor paid $800,000 for Montrose Square, a fully-leased, 6,000-square-foot office building at 24190 U.S. 98 in Fairhope, according to Jeff Barnes of Coldwell Banker Commercial Reehl Properties.
