Here's question, and maybe somebody already asked this. If there was someone taking a video of this incident, why didn't that person stop the girl from throwing the puppies in the river? I don't get it. It's one thing to take pictures, it's another to stand by like a lump on a log and do nothing to change the outcome of something you know it wrong.
I blame the person who took the video as much as the girl with the puppies. If he/she had an opportunity to stop this senseless act and didn't, then he/she is no better than the perpetrator.

People are influenced everyday from common interactions to extraordinary experiences. I don’t believe anyone is born with sinister thoughts, regardless of brain defects; everyone lives a different circumstance, and exists in a different atmosphere. Because we all encounter different situations throughout our lifetime, we’re naturally unique. I’m not sure what motive this young girl would have for doing such a cruel thing, but I also don’t know what kind of life she’s had. Though it makes for a poor excuse to murder innocent puppies, I can’t help but wonder what influenced her to do this.
