Mass. subpoenas Morgan Stanley in Facebook case

Massachusetts' top securities regulator has subpoenaed Morgan Stanley related to allegations that it gave some clients negative information about Facebook before last week's initial public offering.
No normal thinking person, ever believe that this Facebook IPO transaction was nothing more than a scam to begin with. In fact haven't we've learned by now that everything involving Wall Street is criminal in nature, EVERYTHING!
