My first thought would be , is he here legally? Next would be, if he is found guilty, punish him to the fullest extent of the law. Not because he is hispanic, but because he violated the trust given to him. This also goes to EVERY person put in a position of trust.

Look the bottom line is Bush needs people fast to send to war and with educated whites and blacks not wanting to go he wants to use the 12 million poor people here from other countries. He will also gain by big business having the pool of hungry people to work for peanuts.From illegal to slave either way the immigrant and the USA get the shaft.Sent them all back, increase the pay for farm labor, create real jobs and secure our boarders.

I never realized ther was so much bigotry among the populous in Broward County. What difference does it make what an individual's ethnic background is or his/her skin color? Greed is greed and it is so widespread among all races, religions, ethnic goups, that it hardly differentiates who is stealing and from whom. Bigots, ask yourself the question where has integrity and respect for one's position gone? That's the question and not what color, religion or ethnic group the thief belongs to. Most of us are from humble immigrant backgrounds and that's what makes this country great. The culprit in this case will pay the ultimate penalty, not because he is hispanic, but because he broke the law. So bigots get your priorities straight and look at the realty of this situation, so you can consider changing your attitude toward anyone who doesn't meet your standards.
