Zenyatta is now retired. yesterday was her last race.
She had the chance to run again against RA at Saratogo but she declined

Too bad RA didn't SHOW UP in the BC CLASSIC this year. The debate would have ended, one way or another.

Why do you want to run a 3year old filly that ha sbeen in competition all year long with horses which are 4 to 7 years old.
You just don't understand.
The soundness of the horse is more important to RA connections then to stress out this great filly.
You have to know racing from the inside to be able to fully understand.
RA is a vary hung strung filly. She is schooled to the padduct before every race.

The connections did the right thing period.
You don't run horses to prove a point so you break them down.

He does something far more impressive...He trains Cats to bark...but only the ones who don't have foot problems.

OK BOZO..So Jackson buys her, pays the supp fee, runs her back in 2 weeks in the preakness against the boys, That doesn't sound like someone who was real concearned with her soundness or not putting more STRESS on her.
You run against older horses to see if your capable of beating them. Six other 3 yr olds were BRAVE enough to try. Mine that Bird, SummerBird, Girolamo,Rip Van Winkle, Regal Ransom and Quality Road all Showed up to give their best effort all though in defeat because they just weren't as good as the best horse in racing.
You are the one who doesn't understand trainer, not everybody else. Tired of your condescending remarks which don't fool anybody.
Now get back to Training those Cats...and fix their damn foot problems already.

I love both these girls RA & Z ! They need to keep both of them healthy so they can have breeding careers. I have read some one who studys horse genetics & he said that these freak champion horses all have physically big hearts (remember Secretariat)
anyway the big heartedness seems to be in the dam & she gives it to the offspring, so RA & Z with their big hearts will produce a great crop of colts & fillies! Great for all us horse lovers.

Trainer..There is NO WAY that you can convince people that RA is, as you put it, "VARY HUNG"...
I seriously doubt you know much about horse racing based on your comments, everyone is aware of that.
