We, the decent citizens of this city have prevailed. We don't have to answer to these thugs and never did. They seriously underestimated the power of an angry and fed up citizenry.

Thanks Sam. What I find most troubling is someone who identifies himself as a cop posts this kind of stuff towards children. These are kids going to school, playing sports and doing everything they are suppose to do. Personally, I can give as good as I get but saying racist crap against children is where I draw the line. To align himself with those who are suppose to protect and serve us makes my stomach turn. The last few months have been interesting. What I have witnessed on these threads is a great deal of raw fear that has manifested itself with posts similar to New Cop. IAn I agree, it's going to get worse. I've lost a great deal of respect for our local public safety unions - especially our police. Oh well, thanks for your post Sam.

There are more racist cops, alcoholic cops and cops that are wife beaters than there are good cops.

There is an old saying that if you can't be a good criminal be a bad cop. Many cops are fresh out of the military and have no education, so they become a cop. Many cops can't cut it in any other line of work.

I am from the east coast and there, historically, are police who have been active members of the Ku Klux Klan and still are.

In 1964 the three civil rights workers, Chaney Schwerner and Goodman who were murdered, were killed by KKK cops. Many cops on the New York City police force and other large urban police departments, especially those who do not live there, are racists and deeply resent the minorities whose communities they work in.

Racism is still very much alive in this country as you will see as the Presidential races heats up, and as the bankruptcy sets in with the final blow next week, when the contracts are voided, expect all hell to break loose.

People warned me over a year ago that we better watch our a s s e s when the contracts are voided and believe me I have grown eyes in the back of mine. Any day I expect one of these unstable lunatics to go off. I am more afraid of that than I am more concerned about that than I am about the occurrence of any other type of crime In Vallejo.

There are a very few decent cops but because of the famous "blue wall of silence" aka I will be blindly loyal and never be a snitch. It is very difficult to weed out the bad from the good.

The bankruptcy issue being vented on these blogs is an excellent gauge to measure who is a good cop and who is not.

Why do you think Tony Pearsall has taken so much heat on these blogs and from the PSU's, who bought the last City Council election and voted him out?

It is because he was a good cop,(who is from here and continues to live here) no matter what you hear from those bad cops who attempt to tarnish his reputation with their bile!

Sam, I agree with you 100 percent especially regarding the cop-klan connection. I do expect things to get real rough around here over the next few months. As for New Cop, anyone who calls children trash is capable of hurting them. There are a lot of rumors going around the streets right now about what's going on in Vallejo - none that I care to share on on this board. But I will say that nothing will surprise me in upcoming weeks. Nothing.

Coach Blanton is a class act. We are lucky to have him.
We welcome diversity on our campus and our children are better people because of it. The Administration at SPSV does a great job of making sure that our campus is full of wonderful students who are on their way of making a positive impact on the world.
You want todays youth to respect you as a law official and you don't even respect the people that you swore to "serve and protect". Last time I checked that did not include serve and protect all citizens except the ones that have not met your approval due to their race.

class act huh, well I'm new for the past 3 yrs and I have watched him cater to the black and ignore the white and was even quoted saying he would rather go to a school where he could help black kids instead of the white at St. Pats. The families he has brought in do NOTHING but sit on there ass. I'm glad my son wrestled while he was there.
